I’m a book editor, ghostwriter, journalist, business blogger, and web content creator who has worked with many Realtors both professionally and personally over the years. Some of us are old enough to remember when 7% interest rates were typical back in the 1970s and early ‘80s, and again in 2002. That’s where I come in.
