I also decided to write and schedule one meatier post each week, to keep my voice present on the site. I estimated I needed ten people to pick outfits for each week, and I needed about 25 people to write meatier posts. Honestly, it almost took as long to edit everyone’s pieces as it would have taken to write the posts myself.

It’s such a powerful exercise to do, and to write out your someday list, and then to identify the things on that list, the things you already know you should be doing, identify those and start with those because you already probably know what you need to do to get to a full time level.
